We can source, research, investigate, manage, oversee and coordinate whatever solutions we suggest as the result of the Planning Session. We can act as your single point of contact and coordinator for all or some of the services; it’s up to you. You determine how much or how little you want us to be involved.
Through our implementation process, you can be assured of continuity and consistence in the assistance that is provided to your senior.
This is a fee-based service that is offered in blocks of time of 5 hours, 10 hours or 20 hours, and can be accessed in any capacity over any period of time. In other words, it doesn’t need to be used for only one service, or all at one time.
Our Tool Box gives us the means to ensure that we are providing the best possible assistance to the senior and the senior’s family.
