Our Tool Box is, essentially, our own internal staff, and our well-established network of experienced, knowledgeable professionals in the field of aging and geriatric care management.
We have access to a broad range of health and social services through our support and advisory teams, which includes experienced professionals in geriatric care management, health care and financial and estate planning.
Our staff is headed by Libby Handler, a Certified Professional Counsellor on Aging (CPCA), and includes experienced and certified transition and relocation specialists to help those who may be moving into a more appropriate residence or facility. And we have a full array of services for the elderly who want to continue to live independently, including a specially developed Senior Safety Audit to reduce the risk of falsl and injuries in the home.
