We’re all getting older and, as Libby Handler mentions in her introduction, too often we find that we are strangers in a strange land. These General Interest Seminars can be adapted for any audience, and they can be as short as 30 – 45 minutes, or as long as 2 hours.
The important thing about these seminars is that they were each designed to provide some insight into different aspects of the aging process – no matter what our age. It’s amazing how much there is to learn, if we’re just willing to sit down and listen.
We urge you to contact us if you would like us to present any of these sessions to your church group, adult living community, active adult centre, or any other group who agrees that knowing and understanding a process helps us to fear it less.
Current Seminars:
● Living Longer – Are You Ready?
● Older or Elderly – Ageism Exists
● Memory and Forgettery – What’s Normal and What’s Not
